Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Greg has many years of experience in providing accounting and corporate advice in a diverse range of industry sectors across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments. After starting his career in Audit & Corporate Services for Horwath Chartered Accountants in Perth (now BDO), in 2003 he relocated to the UK where for the past 20 years he has worked with both listed and private companies at senior management and board level, providing advice on structuring, listings, transactions as well as general corporate and financial consulting services. He is Finance Director of AIM listed Empire Metals Limited and a partner at Westend Corporate LLP.
